The most recent addition to our productive capacity, Atex specified and rated, this machine runs at around 24 containers per minute, doing all high flam small packs, some of the shorter run trigger sprays, and smaller bottles of soap.
Perfect for longer runs of 5 Litre bottles, consistently at 44 bottles per minute, extremely sophisticated filling heads enable us to top fill high foamers at speed.
Shorter run in line filler, dedicated to 5 Litre containers that does most of our product variety, fast change overs and low levels of waste.
Our most versatile filling machine, normally used to fill smaller containers such as the incredibly successful Vmix range, trigger sprays and 1 Litre containers
